1. Service Description

Ehda is a personalized Quran gifting app that allows you to gift a customized Quran application as an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah). The service includes a full Quran app personalized with the chosen name, exclusive theme design with unique icon, additional features (Tasbeeh, Adhkar, Qibla, Khatma tracker), and an activation code for family sharing.

2. Pricing & Payment

One-time payment of 140 $, the mushaf remains forever. No subscription, no renewals, no yearly fees. The presentment currency varies by your country and any active price campaign. Prices shown include any taxes we are required to collect; where not shown, you are responsible for any taxes required by your local law. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

Full 7-day money-back guarantee, provided the activation code has not been activated more than once. If the gift isn't what you hoped for, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Because each activation represents the gift being used, a code that has more than one activation is considered redeemed and is no longer eligible for a refund. Upon an approved refund, the app activation is automatically revoked and reverts to the default. After the 7-day window, or once a code has more than one activation, payments are considered final.

4. Service Duration

The service is permanent by nature, the personalized app remains active in your loved one's name forever once payment is complete. There are no terms, renewals, or cancellations to manage: the mushaf remains as long as the service is available.

5. Activation Code

The activation code is sent immediately after payment to the provided email address. You are responsible for saving the activation code and sharing it with your intended recipients. After the guarantee period, the code may be used by an unlimited number of people. Please note that activating the code on more than one device during the guarantee period ends refund eligibility (see Section 3).

6. Privacy & Data

We collect your email, name, and dedication details to fulfill your order and deliver the activation code. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we use Meta and Google services for measurement and marketing. For full details of how your data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application and content are reserved by Ehda. Quranic content is sourced from verified electronic Mushafs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a high-quality service but do not guarantee the service will be error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.

10. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Ehda, Inc. ("Ehda", "we", "us"). By using our website ehda.app or the Ehda mobile application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms in full.
